First on the Alumbranza series is a former member of the Sonos sound art collective - César Hernández Martínez. 'Cinco' is a blissful ambient / neo-classical piece that portrays Cesar's experiments with natural reverberation and field recordings.

The classically trained Bogotanian musician presents a piece that uses his own field recordings from 2018-20 to explore sound behaviour. His workflow consisted of playing back those same recordings in different places and re-recording the result on repeated occasions, letting the outcome of that experimentation guide the next steps of the creative process for the rest of the elements in the piece.

To wrap things up is a spaced-out and layered 'Tapestry mix' by London-based Colombian producer OKRAA, whose recent work has been played on BBC Radio 1, BBC 6 Music, NTS Radio, KEXP & KCRW and was on Juno's Best Vinyl of 2022 list with his most recent album - '1994'.
